Personal & Social responcibility
The person I was observing was being supportive of a team member who had made a mistake- they encourage them to forget about the mistake & to get back into the game.
It was effective because the other person looked like they understood what the other person was talking about & carried on with the game as if nothing had happen.
This isn't a difficult task as you are already doing this now.
Now I would like you let others know what you are observing & writing.
Hopefully by seeing what oters are doing will help you.

Tymons observation 4 Alanna
1. effective communication
What did you observe?
She wasn’t very effective on how she could have communicated to the team on how they should be playing.
How effective was it and how do you know?
Not very, I was listening to her through out the game
How consistent was it and how do you know?
She said a few things but still needs to back them up.
2. Acceptance of diversity
What did you observe?
Alanna made sure every one had a go on the field.
How effective was it and how do you know?
Everyone was happy in the relation that they all took part in the game.
How consistent was it and how do you know?
Most of the good players were on the whole time, with the learning players all getting a fair go

What did you observe?
She probably could have had more to say after the match concerning the good points in the game.
How effective was it and how do you know?
The team went away a bit dejected.
How consistent was it and how do you know?
I asked some of the people in their team, and they weren’t too happy about the results

He possibly needs to put more input in the team.

He played in the team, and we kicked A$$!

Well he did his part, and we pwnd up! The score was 5-4

His playing style was consistent. I watched him.

Nothing yet.

It did nothing to help boost our already swollen ego!

dave observing ollie
I observed ollie using the communication Inter-personal skill while he was on the side line.
It was not very effective in the last game because the EMOS where not lisening tio him.
What l observed about Personnal and Social Responsibility is:
that you have to be responsible about things eg putting equipment away
you need to be responsible about things around you eg what other people are doing
you have to be responsible about what the team is doing
you need to be more responsible with other items apart from your own

observation on luke
luke did really well. he communicated to his team what they should be doing on the feild and included is whole team. if luke wasnt there the team wouldnt have functioned

I did Logan
I obverved logan cooperating with the team most of the time on and of the field.Some times he wasnt cooperative to certian player.
It was effective because it got the team talking and playing as a team in the game.

the person i was observing was away for when we played all the games and no-one knew where he was so the inter personal skill could have been effective communication which was not used by either tymon or me. but for one game when he was there he used effective communication to borrow a video camera. this was efective because he then got the video camera and was able to film parts of the game.

*personal and social responsibility
I observed josh playing as a part of the team and he didnt make to many mistakes for the team.this was quite effective because he didnt let the team down because of his mistakes, instead of putting his head down he tried harder to make up for what he did.this was consistant because he continued to do this throughout the game, i know this because i saw him doing this.
